• The number of cover pages (generally 4)
• Quantity
• The Finished size
• The flat size if an item needs to be folded or cut to shape
• Number of colours including any Pantone colours ! Please indicate if you require and creative design / photography
• Delivery requirements ! Materials and weights, for example; Cover on a 300 gsm Silk with the text on a 150 gsm Silk
• Embellishments such as Matt or Gloss Cello, Foiling, Embossing, Die cut et cetera
• Finishing; Trim and pack, saddle stitched, wire O Bound, lock bound

Please do remember, for either saddle stitched or lock bound books the page count must be divisible by four and if you are supplying artwork always remember to include a minimum 3 mm bleed plus trim marks.
